Facility

Our 7000sqft facility is comprised of the most up-to-date equipment standard in the finishing industry. Our process begins with abrasive blasting in our Titan pressure blast cabinet for surface preparation. Once the surface is clean and profiled the powder application process is completed in our 10'X10'X10' powder booth. The powder is applied using ITW Gema manual electrostatic or tribo powder gun. The part is then moved to our 10'X20'X10' convection oven which is heated by a 1.8 million btu burner and powered by a 20hp fan to ensure maximum air flow.
